Mifroma Shines at the International World Cheese Awards

URSY, November 18th, 2024 –

Mifroma, a leading name in the Swiss Cheese industry, is pleased to announce its success at the International World Cheese Awards.  They have been awarded 11 medals comprising 2 super gold, 6 silver, and 3 bronze medals in the competition.  In addition, their Alpenhorn cheese was ranked among the top 4 cheeses, achieving the 2ndhighest score.

Held Annually, this premier global competition brings together top-tier cheese producers and experts from across the globe.  The 2024 event took place in Viseu, Portugal, attracting participants from over 40 countries.  This year, an esteemed panel of 240 judges meticulously evaluated 4, 786 cheeses, highlighting the best in the industry.

Mifroma is honored by this recognition, which reflects its ongoing dedication to quality and tradition in cheesemaking.
