Mifroma Introduces New Line of Cheeses and Butters

Bonita Springs – Mifroma USA, a division of M Industry USA Inc. is proud to introduce its new line of specialty cheeses and butters from Switzerland. Under the Mifroma Premium brand, the company will introduce cheeses from all over the country made from cow’s, goats and sheep milk to create a tour of Switzerland. These cheeses are exclusive to Mifroma and will be distributed by the Atalanta Corporation, Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Another program called “Adopt and Alp” is also being launched under the Mifroma Premium umbrella. We will invite retailers to adopt their Alp of choice and witness the production of these fine cheeses during the summer months. The retailer commits to a certain amount of the products and will have an exclusive on his or hers Alp cheeses for the fourth quarter..

Paul Schilt, Executive VP is proud to announce that Caroline Hostettler has joined the Mifroma team and is leading this venture. Caroline has a lot of experience in introducing specialty cheeses from Switzerland, having successfully launched her own line of products in the United States.
