Cheeses of Europe Unveils the “Secrets De Fromage” in Latest Integrated Campaign

Cheeses of Europe will launch a multi-year marketing campaign in an ongoing effort to drive awareness and trial of European cheese in the United States beginning June 1, 2018. Created in partnership with New York City-based marketing agency Fifteen Degrees, Cheeses of Europe will debut a new digital ad campaign, unleashing the secrets of these unique and time-honored cheeses. From fun facts to easy recipes and life hacks, each secret sheds light on how consumers can transform everyday meals or occasions into something magnifique. 

In addition to the digital focus, the campaign includes video recipes, digital content, display advertising, and ongoing social media awareness and engagement. The website has also been redesigned for a more appealing experience and a mobile app will be launched. To complete the circle of awareness and trial, hundreds of in-store tastings will roll out in supermarkets across the country. 

Cheeses of Europe has also signed a multi-year agreement with the United States Tennis Association as an official sponsor of the U.S. Open Series through 2020. The three-year partnership includes a significant presence at tournaments in Atlanta, San Jose, Cincinnati, New Haven, and Winston-Salem. 

At each US Open (www.usopen.org) event, fans will have the opportunity to taste and learn about the delicious world of cheeses from across Europe. In the inaugural year of the sponsorship, on-site product sampling will feature 10-15 premium European cheeses including Brie, Camembert, Emmental, Comté and Mimolette. 

“European cheese can be a little intimidating,” said Mac McLaurin, co-founder and creative director of Fifteen Degrees. “Our campaign uses humor to sidestep these challenges. After all, nobody should be afraid of cheese.”
