As another year draws to a close, I would like to thank everyone who has helped our com- pany cover this business. To the trade shows that have sponsored trips for our editors, and the companies who have taken time to share their stories and their products with us, we are grateful. To the advertisers who support this publication, we relish the partnership, and we simply couldn’t do it without you. 

There is a great deal of effort that goes into producing this pub- lication, and I want to thank our sales and production staff for all they do. We also thank the readers of our publications for giving us a moment of their valuable time and attention to learn and dis- cover along with us, and make it all worthwhile for our team. 

I especially want to thank our Managing Editor James Mellgren for sharing his passion and wealth of knowledge with all of us year after year. I can’t think of a better tour guide for our journey through the world of ne cheese and charcuterie.
